Welcome to Regal Puppy Suite. By subscribing to our SaaS platform or managing your breeder storefront site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Services Offered
Regal Puppy Suite provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform built for dog breeders. Services include custom domain integration, listings management, e-signature contracts, waitlist priority queues, automated buyer emails, and digital deposit invoicing.
2. Breeder Responsibility & Compliance
As a breeder using our platform, you guarantee that you operate your kennel program in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. You agree to represent listings, lineages, and parent credentials truthfully. False representation of health certifications, OFA/AKC registry papers, or listing details will result in immediate service suspension.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Billing is configured on a month-to-month or annual basis. Recurring fees are charged automatically using our secure PayPal merchant gateways. If a payment is missed or rejected, a 15-day grace period will apply, after which storefronts may be set to unpaid or suspended status.

We value your privacy and the privacy of your puppy buyers. This policy outlines how we collect, store, and secure personal data across our system nodes.
1. Data We Collect
We collect essential contact information (names, emails, phone numbers) provided voluntarily when breeders sign up, or when prospective buyers subscribe to waitlists or contact forms. Additionally, anonymous traffic page views are tracked to compile breeder analytics graphs.
2. Privacy Compliance
Buyer records saved inside the breeder console dashboard are owned solely by the breeder. Regal Puppy Suite does not share, rent, sell, or monetize buyer databases, emails, or transactions with third-party networks.
3. Security Measures
We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption across all subdomains to guarantee that client transactions and database operations remain entirely secure and private.
💰 Refund Policy

We strive to deliver exceptional service quality. Please review our platform refund terms:
1. Setup Deposits
One-time setup deposits ($1,250 for Standard, $2,250 for PRO) are fully refundable within the first 3 days of payment. After project design mockups are initiated, setup deposits become non-refundable to cover layout design edits.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees ($19/mo or $49/mo) can be canceled at any time. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing cycles, but your service will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
